Love this interview and I love QiGong. If you’re not into chrkaas and talk of flowing energy and such, don’t let it stop you. QiGong is stretching and breathing. And the definition of energy is movement . It doesn’t need to get any deeper than that for me. Once you learn a set of moves, you can pull them out where ever you are, no gear needed and way more effective than a coffee when you’re working. After I started practicing QiGong, I found myself incorporating the moves into every static moment of my life. As Scott said, we’re supposed to be in good health, because we’re supposed to be moving and breathing far more than we find ourselves when we’re stuck behind a monitor, being shot at by phone calls and emails. It’s the way most of us work that is un-natural, not a bit of stretching and breathing.
